We recommend a maximum of 12 kids per hour to ensure everyone gets both a balloon and face painting. This allows approximately 5 minutes per guest for both activities. If more than 12 kids attend, we can accommodate up to 15 kids per hour, but you may be automatically downgraded to just one service at the artist’s discretion.

 

Things to Remember:

- This service is ideal for 12 guests or fewer.

- The artist may decline requests or modify designs if there are too many guests to accommodate within the allotted time.

The distribution of time between face painting and balloon artistry is determined by each individual artist.

Face painting usually requires more time than balloon creations. As a result, the time allocation might be approximately 65% for face painting and 35% for balloons.

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend that children choose one service at a time. After receiving their first service, they can return to the line for the second service if they wish.

You can add as many artists as you need. However, if you require more time, we recommend hiring additional individual artists rather than relying on combo artists.

Combo artists are best suited for small gatherings. For larger events, it is often more cost-effective to hire separate balloon artists and face painters to cover the extended time, rather than hiring a combo artist for several hours.

- A small table and 2 chairs for each artist

- Shade tent or other cover from the sun and rain (REQUIRED)

- Adequate lighting

Indoors is the ideal environment to prevent popped balloons, wind interference, and other weather limitations. We are happy to work outdoors if desired, but a shade tent or other cover is required.

Note: Artists may ask to be moved if proper shelter is not provided.
